I didn't have an alternative address on my I cloud account, I was asked to reset the password ***** other day, it obviously sent the new sign on to my iCloud email which I can't access, how do I fix this

In order to change your iCloud account password, you need to change your Apple ID password.
Go to the My Apple ID website ( and follow the instructions to reset your password.
