Customer Question

Mine Gmail account was hacked and sent out several emails this morning. I took my computer to an IT place and they removed all the malware and junk from my computer. I have changed my GMail password ***** a precaution. However, I have not received any emails today and I usually receive about 40. Are they stored on a "cloud" somewhere?

Hello, welcome to JustAnswer my name is ***** ***** I'm one of the experts who will be assisting you today.
That sounds strange, the best way to test if you're getting emails is to send an email to yourself from your own account. You can also send yourself an email from another account.
Other than that, I would check your settings.
May I start a remote session so I can take a look at the problem and solve it for you now?
