Hello. My name is, Mike. I see you have requested to cancel your subscription. You will need to contact JustAnswer customer service to facilitate your request. However, I can help you solve your issue. You do NOT need to use another email service. What happened is, that your Gmail shortcut was probably created in the Google Chrome browser and therefore the shortcut is looking for Chrome to try and open your Gmail. Now that you no longer have Chrome that is why it is not working. To solve this problem you need to create a new shortcut.Right-click a blank space on your desktop on Windows 8, Windows 7 or Vista. Point to New and choose Shortcut.Enter the full address for Gmail -- -- in the text box and press Next. Other addresses for Gmail, such as, work identically.Type a name for the shortcut and press Finish. The name affects only how the shortcut looks on your desktop, so use any name you want. To change it later, right-click the shortcut and pick Rename.Double-clicking the new shortcut opens Gmail in your default browser, the same as if you opened the browser and typed in the address.
