Which email provider are you using?

On the iPhone and iPad you need to ensure you are using these settings for the outgoing server
Username: full email address
Mail server: smtp.mweb.co.za
SMTP authentication: yes (same as incoming)
Port: 587
The power has to be 587, not 25
Set this and tell me if you can now send

cannot send mail
A copy has been placed in your outbox. The recipient was rejected by the server

ok, it means your reaching the server but it is not allowing you to send.
This can be due to the credentials on the phone / iPad.
Best is to go to Settings, Mail.
Then press on the mail account and press on Delete Account.
Once done, hold the home and power button until you see the Apple Logo, then release
Let the device restart and when it has, go to Settings, Mail and add the email account back again.

Well you are waiting hours before actually replying, so that makes it hard to work on this quickly as we have only done two things.
Change the outgoing SMTP server to smtp.saix.net
And set the port as 587

Sadly you never did sort out my problem. I am now back home so I no longer require a solution, just an expensive experience as I certainly did not get the problem sorted out.

How am I then meant to solve the problem?

I did respond explaining that all the solutions that you had provided had not solved my problem I then left Malaysia to return to South Africa, I again contacted you saying that I no longer needed a solution as I am now back home.
When I first started using your services I was lead to believe payment would only be made if one was happy that the problem had been solved in my case I had to make alternative arranement to be able to keep in touch with my office.
Anyway I am not needing a solution to my problem as I am now back in the office
