Hello, welcome to JustAnswer my name is ***** ***** I'm one of the experts who will be assisting you today.
Is the email already in the sent items?
If so, the email cannot be un-sent but there are some measures we can take if the email you sent was meant to be confidential.
May I start a remote session so I can take a look at your email and help you sort it out?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
it was my passport application and has personal info in it

Ok I can help you find out if someone actually received the email via a remote connection, unfortunately once an email is sent it cannot be unsent but we can do everything else in our power to see if someone will be able to read it and if so take the appropriate measures.
