Customer Question

I am receiving emails from internet whores. I cannot block them because they change names every few days. They are a hassle. My email is set to 'exclusive. They are multiple dot coms, not just one source. I want them stopped.

I am using a MAC - I set up the account with my PC which is broken. I use my wife's MAC to read my email which is on hotmail. I believe the problem is with hotmail because they send out a group of emails - all addressed to hotmail users.

Hi, thank you for writing back with that information. I am very sorry about your Hotmail issues. Since you are using a Mac, you are less prone to malwares which target Windows computers. These malwares normally collect email information and then the hackers use these collected information to send out advertising emails.By the way, are you using a web browser like Safari to access your Hotmail? Or are you using an email program like Mac Mail? Please let me know so that I can help you further.Best regards,Jess
