Expert:  IT Miro replied 2 years ago.
OK.
Have you checked all e-mail folders there? Maybe one of them contains your e-mails.
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
All emails empty, I checked Trash and spam folder and I could not trace
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
are you finding the solution?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
can you help me live on phone?
Expert:  IT Miro replied 2 years ago.
In that case, you will need to submit a request to Yahoo! for e-mail restoration. It is possible to have your entire mailbox restored to an earlier point in time, 7 days from the date of submitting the request. Since your e-mails went missing on last Friday, Yahoo! should be able to restore the missing e-mails for you.
I will now provide the instructions on how to do that. A phone call won't be needed.

tell me step by step because I am not computer expert
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
Sir, How much time you will take to guide me?
Expert:  IT Miro replied 2 years ago.
Here is what to do:
1. Click on the following link:
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/ymail/restore.html
2. If asked to sign in to your Yahoo! account, do that
3. A new web page will open where you can fill in the request
4. After creating the request, Yahoo! will restore missing and deleted e-mails within several hours. Your entire mailbox will be restored to an earlier point in time which will allow you to access lost e-mails. Just be patient until your request is being processed.
If there is anything else I can help you with, let me know.

IT Miro

Expert:  IT Miro replied 2 years ago.
What seems to be the problem?
I have explained what to do and provided you with the step-by-step instructions.
What is the reason of being unsatisfied?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
BECAUSE i AM CALLING YAHOO AND RESTORE MY EMAILS RIGHT NOW. I DID NOT CALL FOR YOUR yOUR INSTRUCTIONS THAT ii KNOW ALREADY. THAT IS NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE. MY REQUEST TO NOT CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD ANYWAY
Expert:  IT Miro replied 2 years ago.
The only way of having your e-mails restored is by following the instructions I provided. If there is a phone call or any other option available to do so, I would have mentioned it to you.
It looks to me that you are refusing to pay for my support.
Well, I wish you best of luck.
