I have located the issue. Since you are sending from email

I have located the issue.
Since you are sending from email client, each message you send is connected to your phone IP and not to our server IP.
Our server IP is not blacklisted, but your Internet service provider's is on several blacklists.
Please check this information:
LISTED BARRACUDA was listed Detail 900 281 Ignore
LISTED RATS Dyna was listed Detail 3600 94 Ignore
LISTED SORBS DUHL was listed Detail 3600 109 Ignore
LISTED Spamhaus ZEN was listed Detail 300 94 Ignore
Unfortunately since this is not our IP we cannot request delisting.
You will need to contact the Internet service Provider since this is their IP as they need to whitelist it.
In the meantime, you can login to webmail directly from your phone browser and send email that way.
In that case only our server IP will be shown and you will not have issues since our IP is not blacklisted.

I have tried to remove the blacklist but it is due to how the mail server is setup as you see here
