Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > click on System Restore

I was doing some research while you were away and I saw that people are having this issue when they try to install a trial of Outlook 2013
When they accidentally install Windows Live Mail which is something like Outlook
Have you done either of these things? Can you check to see if you have installed Windows Live Mail?
Also, do you know if you have recently updated iCloud on your PC?
Windows Live mail is on computer but I am not using it. I have not installed Outlook 2013.
Does Icloud automatically update?

We're going to uninstall the current iCloud application, and reinstall an older version and see if the problem is still there

Open that link and download the file, uninstall your current iCloud, then re-install this one
