My account has stopped working with Microsoft Outlook. I have been using it for years and it will not configure.

ok in that case you have to be careful in running the tool, if you don't run it, i will not get connected.

once downloaded, double click on the screen connect tool in download window to run it. To bring up download window you can press ctrl + j

You are using all wrong settings.

Use this:

Incoming mail server:
Port 995 with SSL

Port 465 with SSL
Make sure to check Authentication for outgoing mail server.

OK, simply going to ATT and typing in my same password XXXXX if I was changing it fixed it. Thanks. I hope Outlook keeps working. It was odd My iphone and going directly to yahoo to do my mail still worked. Thanks
