I am getting Live Mail...
I am getting Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC69 and apparently I cannot send e-mail. I receive e-mail normally. The message also reads Server Error:550, SMTP, Port 25.

How can I correct the problem?

In Windows Live Mail click on File then Work Offline

then close and open again Windows Live Mail

you will be asked if you want to go online

please click NO there

Then open your Outbox and delete all messages

Then again close and open Windows Live Mail

and click YES when you are asked to go online

That corner has nothing except mail contents.

You need to look at the bottom edge to the right

in Status bar

Error - a ! in a yellow triangle - Working Online.

Then open Outbox and delete all messages from it
