I am sorry to hear you are having this problem. Forgetting the password is difficult enough but forgetting the user name is even worse.

The only option for a forgotten user name is this page:

However to use this successfully you would have needed to set up a recovery address in that gmail account. If you did not than I am afraid there is no way to recover the user name other than remembering it or sometimes you can recover it from your web browsers auto complete form. If you start to type in the user name box on the gmail log in auto complete may fill in the address you have typed previously.

If you can recover the user name than follow these instructions to reset the forgotten password:

If you do not know the answer to your security questions you need to click the link that says verify your identity.

You need to then provide them enough information to prove that this is your account, so be as thorough as possible.

If you have a phone tied to your gmail account then you can reset the password XXXX way (this is something you would have needed to set up prior to losing your password.)
