I've got two questions. First, my Samsung Galaxy 9 + has gone lights out. It was working just fine during the night. When I woke up in the morning, it was not. Black screen, not charging, wouldn't boot -- nothing. I tried using different wall chargers (ones that were working on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 tablet. I bought new cable. I tried different wall outlets. Nothing. And since I have no access to the battery on this phone, I couldn't try the maneuver of taking the battery out and putting it back. My phone had not been dropped or ever gotten wet. I purchased the phone through Verizon (my cell phone provider) in approximately December, 2018. I don't know what to do. Unfortunately, I'm in a physical rehabilitation facility trying to learn how to walk again. So my options are limited.… read more
