I have a Panasonic...

I have a Panasonic phone and the settings have been accidentally altered. when I try calling someone, the phone always rings busy.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your Panasonic phone? What have you tried so far?

Its only been 2-3 days. My 18 month old grandson was playing with it.

If you have a dial tone, and you dial a number, and it rings busy, this usually isn't going to be a problem with your phone, but with the number you are calling or possibly your phone service.

Do you have another phone you can test with?

You'll need to contact your ISP or phone company. Whoever it is that provides your phone services. Your phones are OK.
