No headset icon appears to connect my SENA 20s on my zumo 595

Technician's Assistant: What device or product does this involve?

The Garmin connection video says when you connect iPhone you need to select headphone on the zumo 595 for Bluetooth connection, no headset icon appears on my zumo.

Technician's Assistant: Does your network appear in the Wi-Fi list on your iPhone?

What do you mean network. The phone connects ok but cannot connect headset

Technician's Assistant: Are other devices (computer, tablet, etc.) connecting to the router?

Everything is working.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Smartphone Expert to know before I connect you?

No, only to be able to listen to instructions thru my headset.

That’s correct. Have tried everything shown on utube and on Garmin site. No headset icon appears as stated in manual when pairing Bluetooth. Bluetooth pairs with phone including smart link but get no sound. Cannot follow map when riding motorcycle without sound instructions.

Ok, the sound though will not come to the iPhone, this is the issue, the sound via Bluetooth only comes to headsets, you need to connect a bluetooth headset to the unit to get the sound.
