Question on a Panasonic phone. Trying to record a greeting message. Step #2 shows up/down arrow - Yes - (Select) then continue. I don't understand the up/down arrow, Yes (Select). I am 79 years old and am computer illiterate. HELP!

Technician's Assistant: The Clock Technician will know what to do. Is there anything else important you think the Clock Technician should know?
