I can't turn off my blinking light that informs me of a Voice Mail.

Panasonic 6.0 Plus answering device w/two remotes

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Panasonic product?

Unplugged device, took out remotes batteries/replaced.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Electronics Expert to know before I connect you?

Called AT&T tech. thought it was them!

AT&T is sending out a technician to replace my modem on Friday. Most likely that's the problem. If it persists, I'll get back to yu.

Thanks for the update, but there is no reason that the modem would cause this issue. It is not likely related at all and there is probably a very simple fix, if you can reply here with the requested information.

Model No:KX-TGA470 I usually get a message on the base unit, and will push PLAY to hear it. However, "NEW VOICE MAIL" is constantly on my screen. This is an AT&T feature which I have cancelled. But the prompt will not go away that I have a new voice mail. If I try to retrieve my mail, naturally my password *****'t work because I've cancelled my voice mail service with them. I've disconnected all power and batteries and plugged back in, but the "New Voice Mail" prompt persists. PLUS, the blinking light, like I have a message, which I don't. AT&T is coming today with a new model of modem. They think that's the problem. We'll see!
