I purchased Sony camera...

I purchased Sony camera digital SLR 24.3MP, model: SLTA65VB in 2013 and paid for 5 years guarantee. A few days ago camera stopped working, LCD screen went black and warning Camera Error appeared. I could not do anything - follow the warning messages in manual. Can you help, PLEASE. Christina (my email***@******.***)

Technician's Assistant: Are you experiencing the same issue in different shooting modes, or just one?

I cannot do anything at all

Technician's Assistant: Has there been any damage to your camera recently (e.g. from dropping it or getting it wet)?

Never dropped but when that happened I was on the cruise trying to take a photo od a sunrise - so wind and humidity were present

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Camera Expert to know before I connect you?

There was a tiny glitch the day before but I didn't notice what happened

Dear Pete, I'm sorry but originally have given you incorrect email address - not intended but recently was changing it a few times and I must have been confused. My apologies for that. The other thing is that I finally found a Sony service here in Australia and started dealings with them. They have all the testing equipment and will be able to assess and repair the damage. I don't doubt you have exceptional skills to do that job, but it is more convenient for me to send off the camera to the local center. I appreciate you taking time to deal with my problem for which I'm very grateful.
