I am having trouble with my play station 4 and need help get it running properly

Technician's Assistant: When did your game system stop powering on?

It will power on but I am having trouble hooking it on to my WiFi. I really don’t know what to do please help

Technician's Assistant: Have you tried resetting the AC adapter (unplugging it from the outlet and the console and waiting 2 minutes)?

Yes I have the WiFi router all set up just don’t know how to connect the ps4 to the router I need a one by one lesson please

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Game Expert to know before I connect you?

  1. From the PS4 home screen, go to [Settings] > [Network] > [Set Up Internet Connection].
  2. Select [Use Wi-Fi].

Ok, this is the instructions I gave before, to do this

After I choose WiFi it does not give an easy option just a place to emery the WiFi code
