Second opinion] Microsoft says my acer pc does not have correct drivers for windows 10. Can you help me?

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Veriton?

I have been working with Microsoft support. They just told me they cannot continue until I download drivers for window 10. My PC is all screwed up

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

In settings I ran a recovery program keeping only files, folders however all files will not open. I lost all programs and windows 365
