Hi,

As you say this covered on pg 10 of the manual:

1. Press MENU, then enter #101

2. Enter the current month, date, and year by selecting 2 digits for each. Example: July 15, 2016 would be 07 15 16

3. Press OK

4. Enter the current hour and minute (12-hour clock format) by selecting 2 digits for each. Example: 9:30 would be 09 30

5. Press *: Select “AM” or “PM”.

6. Press SAVE, then press OFF

Any idea where you might be going wrong?

where is OK button?

Hi,

When needed OK will be shown at the bottom of the display, the button directly underneath then acts as the OK button.
