My fairly new HP...

My fairly new HP laptop will not let me login and appears to need a recovery disc to restore itself. When I try to reset it without a disc...i get a message saying there is a problem with running the repair session and it prompts me to use a repair disc. How can I order this???

It's a 15.6 touch HD Intel Core i3 8GB Ram HD Windows 10

Already tried....runs into

Runs into a problem when I try to reset following the prompts...suggests disc....priblems with hard drive. No new updates lately..impossible in this state...

The inbuilt recovery has become corrupt. You have to use the recovery disk from HP to restore your laptop to factory defaults.

I am extremely dissatisfied with your response. I am unable to input my laptop info (serial number, product number) on the website you have directed me to...and your website..."just ask.com" has already deducted $24.00 dollars from my checking account for nothing.

I already knew I needed a recovery disk....so I know as much as you did. You did not help me receive what I needed. You should be able to take my info. and forward the necessary recovery disk if you intend to charge me 24 dollars. This is not what happened.
