Okay

You may be able to solve this problem by formatting the memory card. To do this please go the setting menu, choose format and press the m button. Next, press the <q><r> buttons to choose [OK], and then press the <m> button. To begin the formatting, press the <o><p> buttons to choose [OK], and then press the <m> button.

Please note that on page 12 you will find illustrated instructions for inserting the memory card correctly and on pages 109 and 110 you will find illustrated instructions for formatting a memory card., The manual advises that you should follow this process with all new memory cards.
