I need assistance in...

I need assistance in resetting my Vizio TV, to eliminate wifi. I hace cable comcast hard wired. I had a neww wifi router installed by you recently and it appears to now call for a wifi code. I don't need that. I get the signal direct from hard wired modem.

Technician's Assistant: Are you getting any error messages when you try to connect to Comcast?

I cannot connect to comcast, or anything

Technician's Assistant: How is your internet connection? Have you tried unplugging your modem and router, then plugging them back in?

I had Geek to install a new wifi router, it appaera he also added my TV, which was not part of my computer system. All came off the Modem. I am trying to reset my TV and now it needs a Password??

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the TV Expert to know before I connect you?
