Hi Pearl! I have a denon avr-1707 receiver and want to pair my cox contour remote with it but I need the denon code. can you please help me

Haven't tried anything because cox is telling us we need a four digit code for our cox remote

The strange thing about Cox saying you need to get the code from Denon- is that COX actually decides what code to use! Their remote works on codes that Cox generates- to work with specific equipment. So that said, did Cox provide you with a booklet of codes for their remote?

In the two Cox remote code booklets I've found, I see them listing their Denon code as: 2134. Have you tried that yet? Let me know.
