Picture frozen since early...

Picture frozen since early this morning...cables connected, no one has touched them...unplug set top box, waited 10 seconds...showed reboot, but still not working. This has been happening off and on for the past several weeks, very annoying.

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Samsung product?

Left house for several hours after doing unplug and plug back in...when I came back picture still the same frozen and get same message, check etc unplugged again and rebooted still nothing

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Electronics Expert to know before I connect you?

Just how annoyed this is for the price I pay for cable plus the fact that this seems to occur way too often!

I am sorry you are having problems here, please press the menu button of the TVs own remote control firstly does the menu come up?if it does do you have control over it can you pick options out etc?
