Different outlets . . .making sure the outlet was hot. . . Reinserting the cord to the transmitter tower . . . It is my second set of these wireless headphones and I am familiar with how they work. This has me baffled

Initially, determine if the AC wall adapter is warm after being plugged into an outlet for some time.

Alternatively or perhaps better yet, have the output voltage checked at the tip of the DC cord plug.

Additionally, try a different audio signal source even if just for test purposes.

The above would be process of elimination determine if it is a power issue, no-signal condition or an internal hardware concern.
