I cannot access my bellsouth.net account. Yesterday while trying to get my account number, a representative screwed up my information so that I cannot use my id or password. Since I can't access my account, I am unable to get needed information.

Technician's Assistant: Just to clarify, what device or product are you trying to access?

My***@******.*** email.

Technician's Assistant: Are you logged into your email account on any other devices?

I get the same message, "cannot connect," on my cell phone. Otherwise, I use no other devices.

Technician's Assistant: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?

I cannot remember the correct answer to one of my security questions; the representative was unable to get beyond this problem.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

I talked to a person at customer service who gave me a temporary password. It won't work either. He sent me back to you.

I cannot seem to make you understand that I cannot use the temporary password ***** I cannot open my account to put in the temporary password. Also, I cannot answer the security question about my favorite teacher. I did not use this as one of my security questions. So what can you do about these problems?
