Having problems with PRJG45...

Having problems with PRJG45 projector communicating computer. It was working for 6 months and now there is a message that there is "no signal". What steps can I take to remedy?

Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?

Acer Aspire laptop , windows

Technician's Assistant: What version of Windows are you running on your Aspire?

Not the new version 10, but the one before that

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Aspire? Have you installed any updates recently?

There are automatic updates to some programs/apps, but I can't say what has been done specifically at this point

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

I have tried reconnecting through the projector program and it doesn't repond
