I just moved and my sentry S3410 got locked by moving the combination I have forgotten the number on the safe I still have the key but without the numbers of the combination I cant get in Please help

No i'm using it to contact your company

Technician's Assistant: Did you buy your DVR new or did you receive it secondhand? Do you have an email address on file for your DVR?

Hi Harry I have went through everything with just answer and they tell me they don't believe that I own the safe . It may have been registered under my husband's name who passed away May 19th 2010 I have no way of giving them any other information concerning my safe. Thanks for your help but it's not looking like there's going to be an answer. Verna Doucet

Harry I called Sentry Safe but they are closed for the holiday and will reopen on Monday morning at 7am. It's looking like I'll get an answer until then. I will respond to the survey when it's completed ok. Thanks again for your time. Verna Doucet
