I have purchased three...

I have purchased three Xavix products over the last few years along with bowling balls and bowling cartridges. All have failed. My developmentally delayed daughter love to bowl but we only use the starting program and repeat it. I want her to enjoy the game and not have to repeat a purchase' Please advise!

Technician's Assistant: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?

The last on is three months old purchased through Amazon Woit I'll get the model numkber.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?

Going on? always. I have complained previously many times.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Electronics Expert to know before I connect you?

PT1-100-11 I have seven software bowing cartridges, some of them call for repeat game by starting them all from the beginning after each game. Some do not. Right now they do not work at all including the Xavix box.
