Well, my computer was corrupted last week and I had to reinstall Win 10 and it required many of my downloads would not be saved and have to redo them all. also, I have Thunderbird as my e-mail client and now it is notconnecting to the server (some garbage about an flawed certificate! In other words it seems my cumputer is not working right.

Technician's Assistant: What's the exact make and model of your television? And what have you tried as far as getting this connected goes?

I must have misinformed you it is not my television but my computer

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?

Well, none as my 'fixes' were deleted when I reinstalled win 10

There are no adds or signs or warnings or anything on that site, so looks like you have additional issies.

On the site it says

Allow less secure apps: and either OFF or ON next to it

went to the site again and found one device that I am not sure about. it is LTCT(Alcatel)A622gl. (by the way, that is the date when I stopped receiving my e-mails from Thunderbird

Richard I am back and the good news is my neighbor solved my problem. How, I'm not quite sure- I think it had to do with Proxy? settings. (I didn't know he was that knowledgeable about computers). Since my problem is solved is there any charge?
