Have had the phone 2 months...working fine...now I can call out on it, but

Technician's Assistant: How old is the phone?

Cannot receive calls....the answering machine comes on without the phone ringing....but also will not take messages.....what is the problem...?

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?

Off and on about two weeks.....but the last two days will not ring at all...

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Electronics Expert to know before I connect you?

No, that is my only problem...
