After a very bad storm last week my HP printer lost internet connectivity. I cannot get it connected no matter what I try. It might be important to note that we have two laptops, and 2 iphones, after the storm our 33BA-2.4 internet connection stopped working on all devices and I had to switch all to 33BA-5. both connections are flashing working on the router. But when we try to connect anything to the 2.4 nothing works. Could this be the problem with the printer.

Technician's Assistant: Can you guesstimate how old your HP is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?

For a week. I tried using the HP app to reconnect but it keeps telling me "no internet connection"

This is the problem, the printer only connects on 2.4 and if this is not working it is not connecting.

Have you done a full reset of the router to rule out an issue with the firmware as causing this?
