I have a RS120 headphone and it just stopped one day. At the moment the green light is not on. I have checked everything I can think of but no luck.
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: sennheiser rs 120
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: It has been working well for about a year then just stopped
JA: Anything else you want the Electronics Expert to know before I connect you?

In your case if you have tried resetting and the batteries are known to be good, but the green light doesn't come on then it may be that the audio signal to the transmitter is too weak, so try turning up the audio output level on the device being used.
