Hi, I'm Nathan.
Sorry to hear that you're having trouble, but I'll do my best to help you. Please give me a few moments to review your details here.

Is the touch screen not lighting up at all?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
No

Okay that would indicate that the replacement batteries are low/faulty, or that they may have been installed incorrectly.

Can you please remove them, check that they are inserted correctly, and if it still does not work replace with another fresh set of new batteries and let me know the results at that point.

This is a conversation and a process, not necessarily an instant fix.

Did you try new batteries again and verify the polarity?
