My Panasonic Dect 6.0 phone sometimes goes out before I can make a call sometimes with the message "reconnect to AC adaptor" sometimes nothing - it comes & goes the phone is a few years old - battery seems charged Help

A long time - I have only unplugged everything & reattached everything - which does not seem to always fix the problem

Hi there and welcome
Please remove the power to the base unit and the batteries from the handset
Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power to the base unit, put the batteries in the handset and tell me if it then functions correctly.
Please let me know the results

It is the internal powerboard that has faulted in the phone, this is the only cause left

A corrupted firmware can cause this. But we have ruled this out by trying to hard restart it it.

I am really sorry about this and you are going to have to return the phone to have it replaced. It will be covered by the warranty if this has not expired, and the replacement will be done at no cost to you.
