It keeps saying in the middle of directions "your device needs to be restarted to increase performance. Please wait." then it reboots itself and every few minutes it happens again
JA: What's the make/model of your GPS unit? How old is it?
Customer: where do I find that information
JA: What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: nothing. It was giving me directions to destination and then just pops in
