How can I make a payment on line?
JA: PayPal, Debitcard or credit card are all fine.
Customer: Can I do this on line or do I have to call Comcast?
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: We do not have xfinity X1 so it is the older device.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: we call continually to make payments by phone because I want to watch all the new movies. We always pay our bill. Now I want to watch a movie and my husband, William Stratton made a payment and I could only watch 1 movie!! Very frustrating for me!!
