Customer: replied 2 months ago.
its model is NN-ST757W
and no error display only when i set it to timing and press the start button it would go off
Expert:  Pete replied 2 months ago.

Ok, so there is likely a problem with the magnetron that generates the microwaves, and it is shutting the system down when it tries to start up.

The magnetron will need to be replaced at a service center.

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
ok you sure that its the magnetron that has the issue?
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
i changed the fuse last night and i try pressing start again it blow up the fuse
Expert:  Pete replied 2 months ago.

Yes, a faulty magnetron will draw excessive current, causing the fuse to blow.

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Ok so when i change the magnetron it would be Ok
Expert:  Pete replied 2 months ago.

There may be other faults as well, however the service center should check for those when replacing the magnetron.

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
cant i fix it on my own?
Expert:  Pete replied 2 months ago.

No, this part is not user serviceable. It requires a qualified inverter technician and specialist tools and training.
