The screen on my laptop has a horizontal black line that is getting longer each day. Is it worth getting it fixed or should I get a new laptop?
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: Toshiba but not sure of the model. It is about 4 years old.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: It's been like this for a few weeks. It started out small but now the line is getting longer. I have not tried anything yet.
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No.

How thin\thick is this line please?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
