it come up with please sign in, it just wants the password ***** log onto the apple id account as i needed to update watsapp so i went to the apple id and went through the process of the iforgot on apple and still no email or texts.

ok, the issue is you have tried too many times now and there is a lock on the account, you need to wait 72 hours before being able to run the reset again
