Customer Question

My phone no longer lets callers leave a message.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: KX-TGEA20
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Several weeks approximately. I called Panasonic.
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: That seems to be my only problem.

2. I will give you the best possible Answer for your problem without the ability of actually being present with you.

The better you describe the problem, the quicker I can help ;-)

3. Remember to leave a Positive Rating ,it doesn't cost anything additional to rate kindly;-)

How old is your Panasonic phone system?

Also does it prompt for the caller to leave a message ever?

Thank you

Tech Michael

The recent callers that talked to me said that the phone just rang and rang. There was no prompt to leave a message.
I did not follow through with this order because I did not expect to have a charge after the $5.00. I was not told that was a deposit. I was told by the first person I talked with at Panasonic that if I talked to a technician on email there would be no charge. I do not like to give my credit card info over the phone. I have been hacked once before. If I have only had my phone system for three years, it sure didn't last long.
Verlaine PS You ask if I'd like to talk with you. I am so tired of recorded messages, and the fact that when I do give an answer to someone they really don't seem to acknowledge what I say.

You evidently didn't pay attention to what I said either. I'm sorry to sound like a crab, but I was on the phone for quite awhile, and I also don't understand the charge of $26.00. I did not place an order. I got so tired of all the back and forth that I just hung up. What happened to Panasonic? Why am I asked to sign up for something I didn't ask for?
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
I have already been on the computer with you for some time now. I've gotten no where.

I have not had any correspondence yet. Do not send another Expert.

I've decided to change phone companies.

Do not use my credit card and please return my $5.00.

Good morning, I am only a Technician and Have nothing to do with how the site works. But I can tell you it works well as I have thousands of very satisfied customers to my credit;-)

I can close this for you and ask CS to send a refund to you.

Is that what you would like, or would you like help with this issue?
