Hi our decoder has been giving trouble lately. We have to unplug it more and more often
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: I can only make DG on the front of it . We have had this for quite a few years now
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have rung sky as we have had this trouble and they have sujested we pull the plug wait for a WHILE and plug in and try again which works for a while but the trouble is getting worse

Customer: Yes we got a message on the TV that the main drive was not working
