In order to get them both on the same source, you'll need to first select zone 2, then change the source to FM.

To setup ZONE 2, short press the encoder button to access the submenu. Rotate the encoder button to select ZONE options, select SOURCE.

To select the source, short press the encoder button to access the submenu. Use the rotary encoder to scroll through EQ Settings. Select FM TUNER.
