Just replaced batteries on my safe.. The sticker on the front has these numbers on it.....0A3810 and BL31543* Safe says my passcode is correct but will not open. I do not have the key
JA: What's the make/model of your device? How old is it?
Customer: Over 10 years old I think Purchased either at Sams Club or Costco.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Just replaced yesterday. Tried today to enter correct passcode Will not open.
