I purchased a number of militac flashlights and am very happy with their performance. Unfortunately the battery box of one of the flashlights was missing a connection and consequently will not work. I need a new battery box for this flashlight. Where can I obtain said product?
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: My email provider is Telstra (Australia) my email is***@******.***
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: through a web browser Chrome or Safari
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have phoned a te;\lephone number they provided but got no result. Same thing happened when I attempted to send them an email.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No. I basically would just like to recieve a new battery box for the flashlight.
