Why does my TV keep saying "something's not quite right"?

Customer Question

why does my TV keep saying "something's not quite right"? RBK-03036
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: Samsung Smart TV Mode UN40H5201 about 3 or 4 years old
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: It started when we turned the TV on this morning at 8:00 a.m. We have checked all the cables, disconnected and reconnected them, and tried to reboot periodically throughout the day.
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: It's late, and I'm tired. I think the little square comcast box is defective.

Please re-boot any satellite or cable box you may be using by unplugging the box from wall-power wait 5 mins then re-plug back in again, it will be a good idea to do the same with the TV at the same time.

We find software glitches within the box can cause this
