on my tv I'm getting on error code 009, I am connected to network, but I don't have internet connection. What can I do? I have already put in my password ***** but still not connected.
JA: What's the exact make and model of your television? And what have you tried as far as getting this connected goes?
Customer: Hold on, let me check the model of tv
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Just noticed it last night. I have a tiny red light blinking at bottom of tv

Can you please remove the power to the TV (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then on the actual TV, hold the power button for 60 seconds then release.

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the TV, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

Can you remove the power to the wifi router, wait 5 minutes, connect the power, restart the TV and tell me if it then gets internet please.
