Customer: Just got it on eBay. I accidentally changed to remote 2 and can't get 1 back or use harmony remote.

Does your menu button work? Unplug the machine, hold the power button for 5 seconds, then plug it back in. Does that reset your remote code? If that doesn't work, I'm still looking for a more permanent solution for you.

Hi. The blu-ray unit is stuck on player 2. Im unable to get setup mode on the screen to change it.

I found a manual on line after I changed it to Denon2.

So now what we need to do is switch the remote to Denon2, then go into the menu and switch it back to Denon1, then switch the remote back to Denon 1.
